Find3000 Child Safety Standards
Last updated: July 2026 Effective: July 2026
Find3000 (the "Platform") is developed and operated by Shanghai Hengyi Engine Technology Co., Ltd.
The safety of every user, and especially the safety of minors, is our top priority. Although Find3000 is a professional networking and business-matching platform powered by AI and designed for adults — not for minors — we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation ("CSAE").
These Child Safety Standards (the "Standards") describe the measures Find3000 takes to prevent, detect, and address Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM") and related violations. They apply to all users and to all of the Platform's products and services.
1. Age Restriction
1.1 The Platform is intended solely for adults who have reached the age of majority in their country or region. Minors may not register for or use the Platform.
1.2 If a user is found to be a minor, the Platform may immediately delete related data, restrict or close the account, and terminate services.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior (CSAE & CSAM)
2.1 The Platform strictly prohibits any user from creating, uploading, publishing, distributing, storing, soliciting, or otherwise handling any content or conduct that facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
2.2 Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); the grooming, enticement, or coercion of minors; involving minors in pornographic or sexually suggestive activity; and any act that exploits, endangers, or attempts to exploit or endanger a minor.
2.3 The Platform guards against such content and behavior on an ongoing basis through its user agreement, content moderation, user reporting, and appropriate technical measures.
3. Enforcement and Reporting to Authorities
3.1 Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any CSAM or CSAE violation, the Platform will immediately remove the violating content, permanently ban the responsible account(s), and fulfill its legal reporting obligations.
3.2 Where required by law or applicable, the Platform will report incidents to the relevant law enforcement authorities and to organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and will retain the evidence necessary to assist investigations.
4. In-App Reporting Mechanism
4.1 Users can report any suspicious activity, content, or policy violation directly within the app or website through our built-in reporting / feedback feature.
4.2 The Platform reviews and acts on reports promptly, prioritizing reports involving child safety.
