2.3 Information from Third-Party Sources: The Platform may obtain data from lawful third-party sources, including public internet data, commercial databases, CRM systems, third-party APIs, user-authorized data sources, public social media information, business contact data, and public corporate information. The Platform does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of third-party data.

2.4 AI-Generated and Inferred Data: The Platform may generate user profiles, business intent analysis, contact recommendations, matching scores, risk scores, activity analysis, interest tags, contact probability predictions, and business relationship inferences using AI systems. Such data is generated algorithmically and may not be fully accurate.

3. How We Use Information

3.1 Provision of Services: Account creation, identity verification, AI matching, AI recommendations, AI-driven outreach, automated communications, payment processing, API services, customer support, and service optimization.

3.2 AI System Operation and Training: AI model training, model fine-tuning, recommendation system optimization, intent recognition improvements, risk model optimization, Agent behavior optimization, automated analysis, and data labeling. Where required by applicable law, the Platform will implement anonymization, de-identification, or similar safeguards.

3.4 Communications and Notifications: System notifications, security alerts, login notifications, product updates, service notices, AI Agent status updates, marketing communications, and business recommendations. Users may opt out of certain marketing communications in accordance with applicable laws.

3.5 Business Analytics: Statistical analysis, market analysis, business decision-making, product growth, user research, and platform operations analysis.

4. AI Agents and Automated Processing

4.1 AI Automated Actions: You understand and agree that AI Agents may act on your behalf to automatically search for contacts, analyze contacts, generate outreach content, send messages, send emails, conduct follow-ups, and rank and recommend contacts.

4.2 Automated Decision-Making: The Platform may use algorithms to make automated decisions, including recommendation ranking, risk assessments, contact prioritization, content moderation, account restrictions, and anomaly detection. Such decisions may contain inaccuracies.

4.3 AI Output Disclaimer: The Platform does not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, unbiased, error-free, or aligned with user expectations. Users are solely responsible for evaluating AI outputs.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

5.1 Use of Cookies: The Platform may use Cookies, Pixels, SDKs, local storage, device identifiers, and session technologies for user authentication, identity recognition, risk control, advertising analytics, user experience optimization, and AI personalization.

5.3 Cookie Management: Users may disable cookies via browser settings. However, certain features of the Platform may not function properly as a result.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

The Platform does not sell personal information.

6.1 With User Consent: Where explicit user authorization has been obtained.

6.2 Service Provision Requirements: Information may be shared with payment processors, cloud service providers, AI service providers, email service providers, data analytics providers, security service providers, KYC providers, and compliance service providers.

6.3 Business Cooperation: Within lawful limits, the Platform may share necessary data with partners.

6.4 Legal and Regulatory Requirements: Information may be disclosed to courts, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, anti-money laundering authorities, and international sanctions regulators.

6.5 Corporate Transactions: In the event of financing, mergers or acquisitions, asset sales, restructuring, or bankruptcy, user data may be transferred as part of business assets.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfers

You understand and agree that the Platform may transfer data across borders. Data may be stored, processed, or accessed in the United States, Singapore, Europe, Hong Kong (China), Mainland China, and other jurisdictions. Data protection laws may vary across jurisdictions. The Platform will use reasonable efforts to implement appropriate safeguards.

7.1 Cross-Region Search: A Mainland China user's search query is desensitized inside Mainland China before leaving the country. Search results returned and shown overseas contain only the counterpart's public card (display name, identity summary, what they offer) — never sensitive personal data such as phone number or email.

7.2 Cross-Region Messaging (separate consent): When you proactively start a cross-border conversation with an overseas user (or an overseas user starts one with a Mainland China user), only the message content you type plus the minimal public display fields (display name, avatar) are transferred to the counterpart's region to complete that communication; the Platform does not attach your personal information database to the message. By initiating such cross-border communication you provide separate, explicit consent to this transfer.

8. Data Storage and Security

8.1 Security Measures: The Platform may implement data encryption, HTTPS transmission, access controls, risk monitoring, logging and auditing, access restrictions, security isolation, and cloud security protections.

8.2 Security Risks: No system is completely secure. Despite reasonable measures, risks may include cyberattacks, data breaches, system vulnerabilities, network intrusions, and third-party security failures. The Platform does not guarantee absolute security.

8.3 Data Retention: Data may be retained during the account lifecycle, as required by law, for compliance purposes, for risk control needs, and for dispute resolution. After account deletion, certain data may be retained for a period of time.

9. User Rights

9.1 Right of Access: Request access to personal data.

9.2 Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.

9.3 Right to Deletion: Request deletion of certain personal data. However, the Platform may retain data due to legal obligations, risk control requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, and security requirements.

9.4 Withdrawal of Consent: Users may withdraw consent where applicable. This may affect the availability of certain services.

9.5 Marketing Opt-Out: Users may opt out of marketing communications. System and security notifications may not be disabled.

10. Third-Party Services and External Links

The Platform may include third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, social media platforms, CRM platforms, and email platforms. Such services are governed by their own privacy policies. The Platform is not responsible for third-party practices.

11. Children and Minors

The Platform is not intended for minors. Users below the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction are prohibited from using the Platform. If identified, the Platform may delete related data, restrict accounts, or terminate services.

12–17. Additional Provisions

12. International Compliance: Depending on jurisdiction, users may have additional rights under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), PIPL (China), LGPD (Brazil), and other applicable laws. The Platform will comply with applicable legal obligations where required.

13. Do Not Track (DNT): Some browsers support "Do Not Track" signals. The Platform may not fully respond to all DNT requests.

14. Account Deletion: Users may delete their account at any time via Me → Settings → Delete account in the app or on the web. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Upon deletion, personal data such as profile, avatar, photos, chat history and social relationships is deleted immediately; financial records such as transactions, top-ups, redemptions and the points ledger are retained in anonymized form (with personally identifiable information removed and no additional retention period) to meet legal, tax and anti-fraud requirements, and anonymized data used for AI training may not be fully removable.

15. Policy Updates: The Platform reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Updates may be communicated via App notifications, website announcements, email notifications, and in-product notices. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

16. Disclaimer: The Platform does not guarantee accuracy of third-party data, accuracy of AI outputs, absolute data security, uninterrupted service, or successful contact matching. Users assume all risks associated with use of the Platform.

17. Contact Us: If you have any questions regarding this Policy, you may contact Find3000 through official website, official email, in-app customer support, or official social media accounts.

Final Statement

You acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy, understand how your data is processed, are aware of risks related to AI and automation, and consent to the processing of your data under this Policy. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Policy in its entirety.
